What's New in the Clean up the World Weekend and Conference
CLEAN UP THE WORLD WEEKEND AND YOUTH CONFERENCE

INVITATION: You are invited to the Clean Up the World Weekend and Youth
Conference as a Facilitator
Caretakers of the Environment International Tanzania at Mwanza Secondary and High School, Mwanza –Tanzania, welcomes Students/Pupils and theirTeachers, Head teachers /Mistress, from various Schools to sign up for the “CLEAN UP THE WORLD WEEKEND YOUTH CONFEENCE”(CUW-YC, 2005), on Project Design, Management and Environmental Issues, for three days from September 16th-18th, 2005. To be held at Mwanza Secondary and High School-Mwanza, Tanzania.
The Head of Schools, Teachers and Students up to (5) five who wish to participate are invited to apply by filling he attached form before, August 25th, 2005 and to be reached to the CUW-YC, 2005-Coordinator before September 5th, 2005.There after you will receive a notice for your registration.
A global Network of Secondary school Teachers and Students Active on Environmental Education known as Caretakers of the Environmental International Tanzania Branch. Has
Introduced “SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION PROGRAM”SEEP, this unique Project for Secondary School Teachers and Students in Tanzania, for the first time will be introduced through CUW-YC 2005, Under CLEAN UP THE WORLD WEEKEND. Up to 150 Teachers/Students and Interested Individuals from all schools around Mwanza City are expected to attend and participate.
There are three parts in the “SEEP” Program: Part I –Project Design, Management, skills and Techniques, Part II-Environmental Issues (Lake Victoria and Water Conservation, Sustainable Living and Plastics bags, Part III-Participant will be asked to carry out Cleaning activities in the selected area to celebrate the Clean up the World Weekend.

The Theme for the Clean up the world Weekend and Youth Conference is “HELP TO MAKE MWANZA CITY A GREENER PLACE TO LIVE.” At the End of the Conference Certificates will be awarded to the participants, Registration form is attached
